Q.  What type of payment do you accept?
A.  At this time we accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We do not accept check, cash, or wire transfer for this particular service.

Q.  Is this subscription recurring?
A.  Yes.  This subscription is recurring so as soon as you are done using your account be sure to cancel. 

Q.  If I sign up and cancel right away will my account remain active for the entire month?
A.  Yes.  Your account will remain active for the entire billing period that you paid for. 

Q.  Your subscription allows 10 files per day.  What does that mean?
A.  This means you are allowed to download 10 different manuals each day you are a member.  This allows you to download up to 310 files per month. 

Q.  How long must I be a member for before I can cancel?
A.  We have no time restraining agreements in order to become a member.  You can cancel any time you want.

Q.  Can I cancel by e-mail?
A.  Due to the high volume of SPAM (Junk Email) we cannot guarantee your cancellation through e-mail. Please simply click on the cancel button in your account or if you.re a Paypal subscriber cancel your account through Paypal.

Q.  How do I cancel my subscription? Accounts created after April, 23, 2007
A.  Simply login to your account, click "Cancel ",  in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

Q.  How do I cancel my subscription? Paypal
A.  Please call 727-862-9059. Or login to your Paypal account and find the transaction where you created your account. Click on that transaction and inside that link should be an option to cancel your account.

Q.  Do you offer free trials?
A.  We do not offer free trials.  You can view everything before you subscribe at www.tpub.com.  If you want the information on CD-Rom you can find it at www.oneondemand.com.  

Q.  We would like to share this service with our corporation.  Can we do this?
A.  Yes.  You can share your login and password with whoever you want.  If you need a better account to support the users you can easily upgrade in your account profile. 

Q.  We are giving you a lot of personal information in order to become a member.  Will this information remain private?
A.  Yes.  We will not give or sell any information to any 3rd party agency for advertising purposes.
